Add cold water to the jelly in the pan and place in freezer until it thickens - 10 to 15 minutes. Add fruit to slightly thickened jelly. Spoon onto ice cream layer. Chill for 30 minutes. This makes 4 servings. Melon Bubble 1 package (3 ounce) Jello Lemon powder 1 cup boiling water 1, cup Cointreau 1, cup cold water 1 cup melon balls 4 Dissolve jelly powder in boiling . water. Add liqueur and cold water.
