Court report One year for trafficking A 21-year-old Penetanguishene man was * sentenced to one year in jail after ples ling guilty to traffickir: narcotic. The senteNce was handed down for Mitchell Maracle of 207 Church Street, in provincial court in Penetanguishene last Thursday. Maracle was charged with trafficking a narcotic on September 7th, 1974, when he sold three hits valued at $2.50 apiece to a man who turned out to be a police officer. Three plead guilty Three Port McNicoll men pleaded guilty to a total of four charges of break, enter and theft of summer cot- tages and two additional charges of break and enter, at provincial court in Penetanguishene last Thursday. The three men were Wayne David Simpson, 21, Leslie Windover, 20, and Paul Kenneth Madon, 35. All the break-ins occurred within Tay Township in . February. In the four break- ins where theft was involved, household items such as jewellery, a colour TV, a radio and appliances, valued at an estimated $1,916 were stolen. The court was told that police stopped Paul on High- way 12 west of the west entrance into Waubaushene because his vehicle was Weaving on the roadway.
