The highlight of the evening will be the crowning of the Snow Queen at 9:30, also in front of the Legion. On Saturday afternoon there will be hayrides leaving in front of the Legion between 2 and 4. All af- ternoon, skydivers will be performing over the bay. There will be a cross country ski race from 12 to 1 p.m. Snowmobile races begin at 1:30 p.m. following the registration held from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. at the town dock. At 4 p.m. there will be a presentation of trophies and there will be an adult dance at the Legion beginning at 9 p.m., featuring Hank For- tune and Jim Moreau. Sunday afternoon, pan- cakes and sausages will be available at the Legion from 12:30 to 4p.m. At 2, there will be hay rides leaving from the Legion which will be free for senior citizens. The af- ternoon belongs to the children, with a masquerade scheduled at 1 p.m. at the Ball Park followed by skating races at 1:30. There will be prices for the winners in both events. At 2:30 at the Ball Park there is a junior broomball game followed by a junior hockey game at 3 p.m. There will also be a log sawing contest at 2 p.m. Welcome Good Luck to the Victoria Harbour Gang The Inn Hotel PORT McNICOLL 534-7301 the Valentine Tea which will be held on Friday Feb. 14 from 2:30 to 5 p.m. This will be our 75th birthday. The World Day of Prayer will be held on Friday, March 7 at St. Mary's Church and the Simcoe Presbyterial U.C.W. 'annual meeting will be held Wed. March 5 at St. Paul's United Church in Midland. Margaret Dunlop led in a worship service after Rev. K. McKibbon gave a talk on how to study and read the bible. The meeting closed with a prayer by Rev. K. McKibbon after which Laura Belfry and Edna Donovan every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights, and Sundays at 1 p.m. The club is also having a 50-50 draw on March 29, the night of the annual dinner and dance. On Feb. 8 a wine and chicken snowmobile party was held with 35 snowmobiles and 75 people taking part. It was very interesting seeing 35 machines get untangled down in the Wye Marsh.
