The line has suffered three breaks in the last two weeks whith A new $250,000 Ontario Hydro substation servicing the Sunnyside and the Huronia Mall, Zellers- Dominion area on Highway 27. The distributing station located on the south side of the Balm Beach Road about a half mile from the High- way 12 intersection is a low profile one meaning that it is surrounded by trees to screen it from peoples' view. Now that the substation is operational Ontario Hydro will not have to bring all its' power over the old Penetanguishene line ac- have plunged Penetanguishene, Balm Beach, Sunnyside, and parts of Tiny Township into darkness. However, blackouts are still possible in these areas until the new lines are put in, said Ted Johnston, a public relations officer for Ontario Hydro.
