You should have good communication, organization and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. You should possess a sound knowledge of human behavior theories for use in assessment and planned interventions. Experience in case management, an asset. You should have the ability to work flexible hours and to travel extensively. SALARY: Commensurate with experience and qualifications. A knowledge and understanding of the Anishnabe people - our culture, our values, and our traditions is important for this position. The ability to speak Ojibwa y is considered an asset, but not essential. You should have a commitment to supporting and helping Native families and communities to be strong and self-determined. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
