Raymond Hebert plead guilty to a charge of Careless Driving, and .was fined $503.75. The charge was laid by Terrace Bay Police. Kenneth Johansen plead guilty to a Terrace Bay Police Charge of Possession of an Explosive Substance. He was given a conditional discharge. Gordon M. Young of Schreiber plead guilty to a Schreiber OPP charge of Driv- ing with a blood alcohol con-. tent.of more than 80 mgs. Young was fined $600 for the offence. Mary Cashmore requested that the returns be counted again, after the initial results indicated only seven votes sep- arated her and Chris Joubert for the last spot on Council. But when the votes were tal- lied again last Thursday mom- ing at the Terrace Bay Munici- pal office, Cashmore was still out of council.
