Photo by Dave Chmara Scott Tournament of Hearts district playdowns results By Dave Chmara The Scott Tournament of Hearts was held at the Schreiber Curling Club last Thursday, Friday and Saturday with six teams from Northwestern Ontario taking part in the playdowns. . The playdowns were just one in a series held in districts throughout the province. All of the teams competing in the three day event were from out of town. Those rinks were: Kathie McNulty, Sioux Lookout; Roxanne Botel, Atikokan; and Noreen Donnelly, Keewatin. Barb Spadoni, chairperson of the playdowns committee, said, "It worked out great with six teams and three sheets of ice."
