The announcement was made Nov. 17 by Natural Resources Minister Vincent Kerrio in Thunder Bay. The Crown-owned site will be Corporation, which is jointly owned by the band and David Carter, a hydro developer with three projects in the Dryden area. "This project will help the Pic/Heron Bay Band in its efforts to improve the economic and social well-being of the Heron Bay area," said Kerrio.
