He was given a $600.00 fine along with the loss of driving privileges for one year. Donald Schroeder of Terrace Bay lost his licence for one year, was fined $600.00 when he pled guilty to Impaired Driving. Claude St. Amand of Schreiber pled guilty to Possession of a Narcotic. He received an absolute discharge and three months proba- tion. Ronald Pardy of Newfoundland also pled guilty to Possession of a Narcotic and received a conditional Discharge and three months probation. After a trial, John McLean of Terrace Bay was found guilty of "Driving over 80 milligrams." He was fined $600.00 and his driving privilege was taken away for one year. Waclaw Tuniewicz pled guilty to the offence of "Possession of Firearm dangerous to public peace." He received fourteen months probation and a-Prohibition Order for possessing firearms for five years. 1) on packed snow or ice, start gently and gradually & try not to spin the tires.
