The individual will not be allowed to attend weddings or other social events, but will be allowed on the baseball field. + The final draft of the Recreation Plan will be incorporated into the Master Plan. ; Garbage service discussed + Council discussed at length the apparent problems associated with late and inconsistent garbage pick-up. The Contractor has been con- tacted by the council in the past, and the council members acknowl- edged a letter of complaint from the Legion about garbage pick-up. Council will meet with the contractor to try solving the problem. Town Administrator Aurel Gauthier noted: "Garbage is like dogs; it's a problem the municipality has always had. Keep the water running * Council noted that repairs were made on March 8 after the second freeze-up of the year * Council will expect the first detailed report on design brief alterna- tives for the Water Treatment Plant by March 10. The Corporation of the Township of Terrace Bay Emergency Measures Coordinator (Part Time) The Township is seeking a part-time Emergency Measures Coordinator for a period of six months. Duties will include updating of the Township's emergency plan and procedures and a review of all matters relating to emergency planning in Terrace Bay. The num- ber of hours involved is to be determined. This is essentially a vol- unteer position with a small monthly honourarium. Some out of town travel at Township expense may be required.
