Handmade pillows, scarves, tableclothes, and knit goods were on sale at the booth. Recreation Co-ordinator Terry Bryson called the fair a great success, with 64 booths this year, including three from Thunder Bay, one from Wawa, and even one from Manitoulin Island. Oat and Honey Bran Muffins 1 cup ROBIN HOOD or OLD MILL Oats. 3/4 cup KRETSCHMER Wheat Germ 1/2 cup natural bran 1/2.tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 cup buttermilk or soured milk 3/4 cup liquid honey 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup oil 1 cup ROBIN HOOD Whole Wheat Flour* 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 cup raisins COMBINE oats, wheat germ, bran, salt, cinnamon and butter- milk. Mix well and let stand 15 min- utes. ADD honey, eggs and oil. Mix well. COMBINE flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add to egg mix- ture. Stir just until moistened. Stir in raisins. FILL well-greased muffin cups 3/4 full. : BAKE at 375°F for 20-25 min- utes. Loosen edges and turn out on wire racks to cool.
