Minor Ball Well, we have the coaches and the interest for the following leagues: T-Ball, 5-7 years, Boys and Girls; Petite Cana- dians, 8-10 years, Girls; Junior Canadians, 11-13 years, Girls; Junior Na- tionals, 8-12 years, Boys. Unfortunately the reg- istration for Senior Nat- ional Boys (13-16) was in- sufficient. Senior Cana- dian Girls (14-16) team had insufficient registra- tion as well. Coaches will be contacting their teams in the near future. Fun Run Walk '86 Although we didn't ob- tain one of the North Shore Banners, we are pleased to announce that participation in Terrace Bay increased by 12 percent. 897 people participated. We retained our banner for the greatest percentage of our population particip- ating in the Fun Run. Minor Ball Weare in desperate need of volunteer coaches for the Minor Ball Program. Without the coaches we cannot offer the program. Registrations have been ex- tended to June 6 in hopes of getting more volunteers. Swimming Lessons Swimming lessons will commence July 7. There will be two sessions runn- ing from July 7 to July 25, and July 28 to August 15. Registration forms will be distributed through the schools very shortly. Canada Day Celebrations The Schreiber Kinsmen are planning an even big- ger Canada Day Celebra- tions this year at White Sand Lake. Plan on bring- ing the whole family for a day of fun and frolic. The Canada Day Dance will be held Saturday June 28 and the family day will be held Tuesday, July 1. See you there!
