Bits and Bit by Helene Ballard Good Morning! Another week gone by.' I don't know where time goes, but we are almost at the end of April. Just seems like yesterday it was the end of March. Last Wednesday our card playing friends were at the home and our residents were, as usual, happy to see them. Thank you, ladies. It seems we are "on hold" waiting for nice warm weather and more activities. This ole gal went to Thunder Bay last weekend to see "Brigadoon" at the new Thunder Bay Com- "ce munity Auditorium, and~ enjoyed it very much. Of course, I love music, good music that is, and the voices of the young singers were just great. The new Auditorium is a beautiful building and will be a great place to have many more evenings of entertainment for the community. When I first started to write this column, I remember asking you folks to call me with "bites" or any other bits of news, and you have been very kind in doing so, but these past 10 days I have received phone calls asking my views on the bombing of Libya and how I felt about President Reagan's handling of this Well, dear readers, sorry but politics and religion are subjects I never like to comment on. I think we all know our own views on these and I do not want to pass judgement on any one. It's too bad that a group of people can terrorize a whole world and no doubt some thing has to be done, but I'll leave it up to our government to decide what to do. Meantime, we can all say extra prayers for the guidance and help of a power greater than any government. I hope you will understand my stand on this, but please call me on any other subject you mess.
