The Don Benos are home from a holiday in Miami Beach in Florida. Mr. and Mrs. Oloaf Sundland from Thunder Bay arrived to prepare their gift shop on Main Street on May the first. Jason Iddison is a patient in McCausland Hospital, Terrace Bay. Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Gerow and daughter Cathy have returned from a holiday in Sudbury with the Peter Kings and attending their retirement party. Another old building in Rossport was torn down to make room to build a modern home. The log house was constructed by a Mr. Salt in the 1880's. He delivered mail along the railway during construction days.
