We attended a Residential Workshop in January which was a great eye-opener for me. It was divided into two parts -- input by excellent resource people, and time for the trustees and administration to identify issues and their concerns. Aside from lear- ning a great deal about our corporate Board, it was a chance to get to know everyone better! I can't stress enough how new I am to the role of trustee.
