An application form, which | contains a statement that the applicant is financially unable | to make other arrangements, must be completed. Forms are available at the municipal office. This program is being undertaken with 'the financial assistance of the Ministry of Community and Social Services, which will pay 50% of the costs. The remaining 50% will be paid out of the municipality's general funds, with the pro- vision that participants may make a partial contribution at This program is being undertaken for balance of the winter on an experimental basis. If it appears that costs are too high or the program is being abused it will not be restarted The actual snow removal is to be carried out by private con- tractors under agreement with the municipality.
