Cooks of the Week This week our cooks are Allyson Withers and Melissa Helmink. They are both 9 yeury old, in the same grade and are good friends. They said they've made this cake with no problems and that it's really good. Add % cup of the flour, stir just till mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Reserve 2 cup for topping. Stir together remaining one cup flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and soda. Stir in- to batter mixture. Combine eggs, mashed banana, milk and vanilla. Add two dry ingredients, stirring just till mixed. Spread in greased 9 x 9 x 2 in. baking pan. Sprinkle with the reserved Y% cup crumbs mixture. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
