Addie came from Delhousie, New Brunswick, originally, and has been here in Terrace Bay for 25 years along with her husband, Roger, and her son David. She is an active member of our community. She holds the seat of President of the Ladies Auxiliary in the Legion, and is always willing to give any organization a helping hand at anytime. You can see Addie occasionally as a cross- ing guard, scooting all the little behinds safely across the highway. Her leisure time is spent with Roger, who retired 4 years "ago, after 41 years service with Kimberly Clark, fishing and hiking around Jackfish Lake. "We soon hope that Jackfish will be our permanent home", says Addie. As a younger lady, Addie was a speed skater.
