The Recrea- tion Committee would like to thank all those that par- ticipated and helped to . make it a success. All the events were well attended. The winners of the Ping Pong Tournament were: Ist Colin Scott, 2nd Joey Speziale, 3rd Bill Roen. The Tiny Tournament was a big success. There were approximately 200 5 to 8 year olds that were treated to hockey, pop, hot dogs and medallions. Our thanks to all the ladies who did such a great job of organiz- ing the tournament. Swimming Lessons The swimming lessons being offered atthe pool in Marathon will begin April 20th and run to the middle of June. The children will be picked up at 9:15 and will return to Schreiber at 2:30 p.m. The classes be- ing offered are Yellow, Red, Orange, Blue, Green, Maroon, Grey and White. The theme this year is "Juke Box Rock". Perfor- mances will be held Satur- day March 30 beginning at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday March 31 at 2:00 p.m. Bantam District Playdowns The Schreiber Bantam Kings hockey team will be hosting the District Bantam Playdowns.
