Winners On September 7th we had our District Direct- or, Mrs. Dorothy Dove come and do the Home Beautification judging. Peter Monks present- ed a slide show which started in England with stately homes and gar- dens, travelled to New- foundland, on to this area_and finished up 'with "Christmas bulbs"' - in Salt Lake City. On Wednesday No- vember 7 we shall be holding our Annual Gen-. eral Meeting at 7:30 p.m. At present we do not have a meeting place scheduled so please watch for notices telling you where it will be held. We desperately need people to help run the Society. Don't be put off by the grand name. If you have one house plant or one window box and no garden, you still qualify.
