Born in 1933, in the Province of Saskatch- ewan, Keith received his elementary education in Saskatchewan and. at- tended High School in Edmonton, Alberta. He holds university de- grees from the Univer- sity of Alberta, the Uni- versity of Toronto and the University of Otta- wa. He has done post- degree studies at Queen's and McMaster Universities. A second- ary school teacher, he continued on page 11 Separate school commission Education Minister Dr. Bette Stephenson last week announced an eight-person commis- sion to prepare the plan- ning and implementa- tion of the expansion of the separate school sys- tem. The Commission will advise the Minister on the specific means by which the new policy can best be carried out and assume responsibility for the overall adminis- tration of its implement- ation. A secretariat has been established by the Min- istry to assist the Com- mission with its work. The secretariat will be led by R.A.L.
