Your Opinion oa Bunny Singleton Dogs are in control - that's the problem. Pet owners need to start looking after their dogs and a pooper-scooper by-law enforced. I'm mad when dog owners take their leashed dogs to the park across from my house to keep their own yards clean. When Larry Simons wrote me in response to a letter I wrote addressed to Council concerning a "pooper scooper by-law", he thought I might see the ""results" of responsible dog owners soon. I felt like bringing him a bag of results. Question: Do you think that the dogs are in control or does something more have to be done in Terrace Bay? If so what are your suggestions? Be prepared Schreiber. Next week's question is for you! Doris Walton: I think people who have pets should keep them on their own property and if they are walking them, they should be on a leash. I think that Terrace Bay should have a poop and scoop by-law. Cathy Withers: T have 2 dogs, but they don't wander. Yes, the dogs are in control in our area. One dog does wander from other areas. Few dogs are Strays. Vi Drexler: The only thing that bothers me is the dogs that are loose in the school grounds. But they are very well controlled and I do have dogs.
