Powell - 35 On Sunday, July 17th, 16 teams teed off for the Dave Desrosiers Sr./Jr. Tournament. This year's winners are Cathi Stachiw and Scott Trach with a Low Net 67 1/2. Dave Desrosiers was on hand to congratulate the winners and pre- sented a_ beautiful trophy to Cathi and Scott. Other prize winners were: _Ist Low Gross - John Corrigan and Dave La- londe - 96; 2nd Low Gross - Mike and Curtis Reid - 100. Ist Low Net - Albert Courtemanche and Joe Cebrario - 69; 2nd Low Net - Bob McKenna and Shane Harper - 69 1/2. The Most Honest Team was Mary and Tim Cashmore. Thanks to all participants and to Bill Stachiw for organizing the Tourney. The next tournament is the Costa Junior Club Championship on July 7th. With the large junior membership this year, this should be an excellent tournament. O.P.P. Pipe. Band to perform If you're one of many who enjoy a performan- ce of the pipes then you' re in for a real treat! The O.P.P. Pipe Band will be performing in Schreiber on June 28th _ at the arena. Entertain- ment will commence at 7:30 and admission is absolutely free of charge. Come out and cele- brate the O.P.P.'s 75th Anniversary as well as the Bicentennial. See you there!
