Both Betty Tate and Danny O'Keefe who have been coaching her feel she has a good chance. This weekend's meet is crucial to Danny, as he must qualify here in order to compete in the Provincials. If you have been following Danny's progress, you will know that he has done very well in provincial com- petition in years pre- vious, due to hard work, a great deal of natural ability, excellent coach- ing by Betty Tate, and willing support from his family. Danny spent most of the Spring Break in Tor- onto, training with the men's national team and has been offered the opportunity to train under Bob Carrisse at York University next fall. He has also been 'accepted at Claude Wat- son School for the Arts, Earl Haig Campus in Toronto. The school of- fers music, dance etc. and gives credit for time spent in disciplines such as Gymnastics. The school operates on a seven day week to pro- vide all necessary sub- jects such as English, Science, Math, History and French and still allow time for the "'Arts'"' options so that the students are not overloaded. If Danny chooses to go he will take dance which will help his gymnastics per- formance as he always has music for his floor ONTARIO GOVERNMENT TENDER Janitorial Contractors Tenders are invited for a two-year cleaning contract at M.N.R.
