A meeting with major Hemlo com- panies, Confederation College and the Board was scheduled for De- cember 13/83, to dis- cuss possible basic training and re-training programs on the North Shore. The Board approved a daily rate of twenty-four dollars and fifty cents ($24.50) for the transportation of students by Elsie Ren- ner for Caroline Mc- Morland students, Marathon, for the re- mainder of the school year (January/84 - June/84).
