Once the questionnaire is returned, . Enersave will analyze the an- swers by computer and return the results to the consumer, showing each consumer how they can save energy in their homes. The Canadian Home In- sulation Programme This programme will provide a taxable grant of 60 per cent of the combined materials and labour costs for home insulation up to a maxi- mum of $500 per house- hold.
