All deer hunters -- Ontario residents, non-residents and. farmers need a licence to harvest one antlered deer in the 1983 season. Only On- tario residents are al- lowed to hunt antler- less deer, and only if their applications are selected in a compu- terized, random draw. Application for the antlerless deer hunt are attached to the resident's and farmer's deer licen- ces.
