Home ground has always been considered an advantage for the home team in any sport. Faced with the possibili- ty of win or lose, whether it is the Schreiber Legion Auxili- ary or the Terrace Bay Legion Auxiliary, the players gave their best in the shuffleboard tournament. Congratulations go to Mrs. Jackie Calder and Mrs. Yvonne LeClair for winning the Harry Gusul Trophy and keeping it in Terrace Bay. Runners- up were June Dukes and Roberta Winters. Under the direction of Mr. Jon Fergusson the Outers Group of Terrace |. Bay High School left Friday morning on a survival trip to Fishnet Lake. After a wet night, during which most of the shelters held up in a rainstorm, we broke camp and left for home about 9:00 a.m. The purpose of the trip was to teach us how to survive in the bush in an emergency situation. 1983.
