Schreiber's Recreation Director Kevin Duguay said that, "'the first rule of the Tournament was that everyone must have fun. Each team played two games. Each of the games had three 16 minute periods." Response to the Tournament from the players, parents and spectators has been enthusiastic. "Every player receiv- ed a medal", said Duguay. "The concept was that everybody would be a winner re- gardless of how the team played." "We presented the medals to all the players and at the conclusion of each game we presented the 'hard- est working player award'. There were eight of these awards."' "*The kids had a lot of fun. We had a good crowd. I was impressed with the numbers that were there. The crowd was very supportive.' "The kids themselves had a great time. You could see it in their eyes. For many of them it was probably the first medal in their lives."' About fifty players First Tiny Tournament participated in the Tournament with teams from Red Rock, Nipigon, Schreiber and Terrace Bay. "The idea for the Tournament originated with Don Figliomeni, the President of Schreiber Minor Hockey and it was put together by Myles Fournier." "It was in- tended to teach the players to win with some class."' The roosters produce more sperm if kept cool, which should result in a signifi- cant increase in production and lowering of food costs. That should make any wise consumer crow. PUBLIC NOTICE Dog Control By-Law | By-Law No. 342 of the Township of Terrace Bay provides in part as follows: "No person shall permit his dog to run at large in the Township except when on a chain or lead and under the immediate charge and control of some competent person". "A dog shall be deemed to be running at large when found in any place other than the premises of the owner, possessor or harbourer and not under the control of any person." "Any dog found running at large may be impounded by the authorized person finding it." "It shall be the duty of the Animal Control Officer to enforce this by-law."
