Advanced Chinese Cooking The Schreiber Parks and Recreation Depart- ment in conjunction with Confederation will be offering an advanced Chinese Cooking Course in the New Year. The course will take place Wednesday evenings from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. commencing February 9, 1983 and completing March 16. Students will learn to prepare fish puffs with mixed vege- tables, braised pork chops with onions, moo goo gai pen, curried shrimp and tomatoes, stuffed green peppers with oyster sauce, plus soups and desserts to complete your, special menu.
