The Gold club after trailing the front running Pur- ple team, has finally taken over first place with 10 points. GOLD 9. -- -- RED 6 As a result of their 9-6 vic- tory over the Red team, the Gold club has moved into un- disputed possession of first place Peter Neal paced the winners, notching a basket in each half, for a four point effort, follow- ed by Eric Wiggans, who cen- tributed three points. Gold club took a 5-2 lead at half time.
