A son of the late Arlegh and Pearl Waltham, the deceased was born at Sarnia. A resident of Lefroy, Ont., before coming to Whitby, he was married at Barrie Dec. 27, 1937. An employee of the Whitby Works Department, Mr. Wal- tham was an adherent of the Whitby Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, the former Barbara Nicholls; a daughter, Mrs. W. Young (Lin- da) and a son, Phillip (Wally) both of Whitby. Also surviving are three sis- ters; Mrs. W. Benner (Pearl) of Fort Erie, Mrs. D. Lucus (Helen) of Toronto and Mrs. E. Smale (Betty) of Florence, Ont. and two bothers, Kenneth of Port Lambton and Earl of Sar- nia, He was predeceased by a brother, Gerald. The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sept. 28 at the W.
