DEATHS FROLIS, Martin Entered into rest in the Oshawa General ' occurred Monday at a Bow- manville 'nursing home. .|Donald Iverson, Nathan (Red). OBITUARIES MRS. NATHAN HIRCOCK The death of a Gibbons street resident, Mrs. Nathan Hircock, She} was in her 82nd year and died after a lengthy illness. She was the former Eva Eudora Gammon, daughter of the late John and Isabel Gam- mon, and was born in Folke- stone, Kent, England, She mar- ried Fred Iverson who pre- deceased her in 1915. In 1917 the deceased mar- ried Nathan Hircock in Foke- stone and in 1919 the family came to Canada. Mrs, Hircock was an adher- ent of the United Church. She is survived by her hus- band and a daughter, Mrs. B. Robinson (Gwen), of Osh- awa. Five sons also survive, Aubrey, Bernard (Bud) and David, all of Oshawa. She also leaves a_ sister, who| Louise L. Gammon, of England, 10 grandchildren and one great- grandchild. The remains are at the Ger- row Funeral Chapel for the funeral service in the chapel Wednesday. Rev. Frank Ward, of Westmount United Church, will conduct the service and interment will be in Mount Lawn Cemetery. MARTIN FROLIS The death of Martin Frolis oc- curred Monday at the Oshawa General Hospital after a two- year long illness. He resided at 154 Banting Ave., and was in his 68th year. He was the son of the late John and Judit Frolis and was born in Csomad, Hungary. In 1919 he married the former Katalyn Vitydsz at Csomad, Mr. Frolis had been a resi- dent of Oshawa, and Canada, for 39 years. For 35 years he was an employee of Fittings Ltd. The deceased was a member of Grace Lutheran Church. Mr. Frolis is survived by his wife and a sister, Judit Frolis, of Csomad. A son, John, was killed in action during the Sec- ond World War, The remains are at the Arm- strong Funeral Home for the funeral service in the chapel Thursday. Rev. P. F.
