He resided with his daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. John Sheehan, 73 Fern- hill blvd., and had been in poor health for two years. The late-Mr. McGrady was a native of Ireland. In 1909 he married the former Mary Ann Keefey in Toronto. Mrs, McGrady predeceased her husband in 1953.
