A son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Wills, he was born in Toronto and was married in 1931 in Whitby. He has been a resident of Oshawa since 1928. Employed by General Motors for 36 years, he was a group leader in the Stamping plant. A member of Christ Memo- rial Anglican Church, he was an outstanding baseball pitcher in Oshawa during the late 26°s jand early 30's, He ended his |sports career as a_ softball coach. Mr. Justice Edson Haines ruled Dec. 2 that the careless driving section 'of the Ontario legislation conflicts with dangerous driving section of the Criminal Code. The federal code® takes precedence.
