To assure cus- fomers in all countries of a uni- form, quality timepiece at ail times the Swiss Federation of Watch Manufacturers has devel- eped a compulsory quality control system for all manufacturers be- jonging to the Federation. Every manufacturer is obliged to have his production officially tested be- fore it is sold. . Thirteen centres have been set "wp throughout Switzerland with Neuchatel as the co-ordinating headquarters. It is from here that members of the industry can also @biain assistance from experts 'on how to better their product by improved manufacturing processes er designs.
