Babcock of RR 2, was found guilty of three separate charges in Pickering Magistrate's Court On October 18 while driving along Con, 2, Pickering, Police Constable G. Hutchinson stop- ped Babcock and charged him with driving while under sus- pension. 'On October 20, Babcock was charged with making a false statement in obtaining a tem- porary driving permit in Osh- awa. He had written on the application that he was not under suspension. On. October 22 Babcock was charged with the illegal pos- session of the temporary driving permit because he was under suspension.
