Hutchison, medical officer of health, said Tuesday inves- tigation of a tuberculosis out- break in an elementary school here will be an all-summer job and will involve checking of hundreds of people. -- Dr. Hutchinson said that with children and adults scattered for the vacation season, what would have been a one- or two- week job during the school sea- son has become more compli- cated. The outbreak first came to light a month ago when a 15- year-old girl, a pupil at Holy Cross separate school, was dis- covered to have a virulent case of tuberculosis. Since then, 13 pupils 'at the school have bee placed in Beck Sanitorium and five oth- ers and two teachers are re- ceiving out-patient drug treat- met for the illness.
