Orono Man Drops Charge Is Ordered To Pay Costs BOWMANVILLE (Staff)--An Orono man, Ralph Clark, who laid an assault charge against W. P. Irwin, also of Orono, was ordered to pay court costs of $23 by Magistrate R. B. Baxter, |Tuesday, Clark, who did not appear in jcourt after laying the charge against Irwin, told a police of- ficer by phone he did not 'wish to proceed with the charge.
