Mrs. Donald Fox, Division Commissioner, presented -- the cords to Mrs. N. *F. Wilton, Mrs. T. H, Murphy and Mrs. H. M. Cook, who each in turn fastened a cord on her daugh- ter. Badges and service stars were presented to those earning them. Guide Pamela Cowan was enrolled by Mrs. district commissioner.
