Born in Lindsay Mar, 18, 1928, he was a son of Ernest and Della Harlow, now of Whitby, He married the former Dorothy Marie Pelow in Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church, Osh- awa, June 29, 1949. Mr, Harlow came to Whitby as a child and lived in this area ever since As a youth, he was active in school sports and dramatics in Whitby.
