Give Aid To Needy EDMONTON (CP) -- It was late evening and Brig. Robert White was in bed when the tele- Phone rang. A woman told him she had taken an overdose of sleeping pills amd asked if he would have her baby looked after. "There will be nobody to look after him," she said. 'I forgot the. milkman doesn't come on Wednesday." After she hung up, saying she was too sleepy lk more, Brig. White, officer in charge of the Salvation Army's anti-suicide bureau, went into action. He had. managed to ob- fain house numbers from the woman but not her full address. He checked two possible areas in which she could live and in minutes had located the house. He called the landlady and asked if there was a young baby. NWHILE, THE YEWSKI-TWOSK?
