Happy Doubles Club Combines Spiritual And Social Activities The Happy Doubles :C!ub of King Street United Church was founded in February of 1945. The main objects of the club as fellows: (1) To encourage relig- ious life in the home. (2) To promote good fellow- ship among the members, and loyalty to the church. The club tries to contact all newly married couples and new couples in the cangregation, to encourage them to join us in worship and fe!lowship. The club is. very active in itself but its members also are found in every other organiza- tion in the church. Our mem- bers serve as Sunday School teachers, Scout and Cub lead- ers, choir members, members of the official board, members of the women's groups and in|! many other ways. The club members much pleasure and satisfaction through its spiritual, social and! 56 c recreational activities.
