Less than two years ago the community he served for half a century turned out to thank him, Metcalfe's Dr. Carl Edward Lynn Morrow has quietly passed away. "Dr. Lynn'"' died March 16 in Ottawa Civic Hospital after being - stricken with a sudden, acute il- Iness the same day. He was 75 and treated patients the day before at his home office on the village's main street. Funeral services were held March 19 from Vice and Craig Funeral Home on Highway 31 to Metcalfe United Church. Rev. K. McKibbon presided and was assisted by Rev. Geoffrey Maissan. Interment was at Spr- inghill Cemetery on Highway 31. He is survived by his wife and nurse of 45 years, the former Myr- tle Stanley, son Bruce, of Nepean, daughter Carolyn, of Toronto, and grandchildren Tyler and Shannon Morrow and Kathy, Lynn, Heather and Kyle Brownell.
