The Russell Public Library now has a special collection of books for, about, and by women. Feminism, growing up female, contemporary woman, her chal- lenges and problems, and the changing options of women at home and in the labour force, are among the topics covered in this collection of fiction and non- fiction books. The new collection of books for, about and by women, at the Russell Public Library will be on display for a limited time. See and read them soon. St. Mary's Anglican Church St Mary's Anglican Church would like to extend a warm welcome to all Anglicans and people of other faiths to join them at their family service the first Sunday of every month with the exception of July and August. Our service starts at 11:15 a.m. with singing to the music of Curt Appel, guitar. Sometimes we have a film then break up into three age groups for our bible lessons and handicrafts. The adults enter a discussion group of their own under the leadership of Dave Turley at 12:15 p.m. Rev. Lamble usually appears to serve us a contemporary Family Eucharist. Then, that over we enjoy a lunch of hot dogs, soup, etc. Primary group doing their own thing.
