President Don Ashbridge would like to take this op- portunity to thank all the Coaches, Managers, Umpires, sponsors and fans who con- tributed so much to the past season. Next season may bring many changes in the local set-up as each year the working force becomes smaller. The moving of the Ball Park to the south end of the new lakefront may begin a new, softball era in Port Perry. This project is now under study and by spring some action will be taken. This diamond will have a longer outfield range which should attract more ell teams to our park. The Legion diamond has turned into a fine diamond with the grass looking very good. The infield will need some work and then this diamond will be excellent for Tyke, Squirt and Bantam Girls. i Mrs. G. Saville for her son present.
