Wins First Prize Again The first prize art exhibits of Alice Rogers at the Fair last week, were the centre of much interest. The drawing which attracted the most attention, was a design fora seed catalogue. This was of two tulips. She also had on exhibition. two other drawings, one of apple blossoms and the other a shadow drawing in pencil. lWLast year she won first prize in anopen contest to "all schools in Perth County for doll dressing.
