The meet was won by Moira with 41 points and again, Hen- ry's rival -- OCVI of Oshawa, was second with 33 points. Henry's 'giant' of the track, Tom Tushingham, was victori- ous in the 880 and 440. At the end of the first lap of the 880, Tom was in last position, but he pulled ahead to win with a time of 2.15 minutes. He also won the 440 by a large margin. His time was 53.6 seconds. Barry Goode, another Junior, came third in the 220 and second in the javelin throw. In the Intermediate class, Rick Switzer finished tnird in the javelin and second in the broad jump. Bob Orton managed a third place in the pole vauit. Stan Sharman notched a third during the Senior javelin. The Senior 440-yard relay team placed second in their race.
