The Georgetown Choral Society is presenting Handel’s Messiah (in the 250th anniversary year of its first performance) at Georgetown’s Holy Cross Church one night only - Friday, Dec. 18. Director Dale Wood has i accomplished soloists and the Etobicoke Symphony for the musical celebration at the acoustically beautiful Holy Cross Church. Organ accompanist is Christopher Dawes. Accomplished guest soloists are soprano Leslie Jost, alto Susan Cooper, tenor Emilio Fina and bass Ross Dodington. : ‘The Georgetown Choral Society has been performing since 1971 and_ has been under the excellent direction of Dale Wood since 1975.
