Reach Rd. in Port Perry. The store, located at the corner of Old Simcoe Rd. and Reach St., was entered by smashing the front door glass, say police. Officers responding to the call last Friday about 9:30 p.m. discovered stereo equipment and a Craftsman lawnmower missing from the store. In other police news, a Prince Albert resident awoke Monday morning to find his truck missing from his homes driveway. Durham Regional Police said a 1993 blue GMC pick- up was taken sometime on the night of Sept. 23 or - early the following morn- = ing. The theft is the most recent in a string of auto thefts and thefts of the contents of vehicles in the Prince Albert area.
